Project description
PM&E assisted the Contractor in the clam and litigation processes in a context burdened by significant constraints and technical issues The Conservative Restoration Project was characterized from the outset by significant archaeological discoveries that required the introduction of design changes that led to the creation of a dedicated museum valuing the discoveries. In addition, the need to combine the theater's historic shell with new interior structures as well as with current performance and safety requirements constituted an additional factor of technical and organizational complexity. The timely analysis and management of unforeseen impacts enabled the contractor to fully represent the difficulties that arose, leading to the rebalancement of the contract during the execution phase.
